There are no significant changes to the SC 430 this year, though Lexus will offer a Pebble Beach Edition package, which includes Azure Pearl exterior paint, black bird's eye maple interior trim, run-flat tires, a rear spoiler and a black leather golf bag.

By Meow - March 8 - 2:00 amI LOVE the look of this car. I have gotten so many compliments on it. Ive always had BMWs and find this ride to be worse than the BMW. It has more horsepower than my BMWs, but it doesnt drive like a fast car. The interior is luxurious but a little tight. Stereo system rocks! Now the negatives, the seatbelts flap in the back when the top is down. The trunk never opens easily... you have to keep pushing the buttons and then you have to push the trunk down and finally it will click open. You cant put ANYTHING in it when the top is down. On the good side, there is nothing like cruising in the sunshine with the top down and tunes blaring.

A great car - 2004 Lexus SC 430
By brian1 - August 6 - 10:00 amWhile every auto magazine seems to pan this car for performance, the truth is, this car equals the Mercedes SL 500 on the zero-60 tests, has better build quality and the interior and engine is about as nice and smooth as it gets. I would like to see another 30 h.p. and I like to see Lexus comeout with their own AMG or "M" division so that Lexus can compete with these performance machines.

Avoid the run-flats - 2004 Lexus SC 430
By cameron durrant - December 17 - 2:00 amYou will pay more to get run-flat tires. You will get scared when cornering or traveling over uneven toads with these tires. This will change to a feeling of being both terified to drive faster than 30 MPH, expscially in the wet, and annoyance that you will then have to pay even more to change these tires to something like Michelin Pilots which do hold the road. You will be irritated that Lexus chooses to ignore customers who suggest the run-flats do not hold the road. Happy driving, or happy sliding, if you have the run-flats and cant afford to pay more to change them.
